Government Launches the Sale of a Big 3.8-Hectare Mixed-Use Site At Pasir Ris Central – A Part of the Town Remake Plan
A 3.8-hectare mixed-use site at Pasir Ris Central was put up for sale on August 27 (Monday) under the government land sales program’s confirmed list for the second half of 2018. The Housing & Development Board has decided to launch this 99-year leasehold site as a part of the Remaking Our Heartland plan.
According to HDB, the 38,003.7 square meter land parcel can hold up to 600 private homes. The land parcel also has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 95,010 square meters. It should also be noted that the gross ratio that has been proposed stands at 2.5.

Tenders will be evaluated under a concept and price revenue system. This means that the tenderers must submit their tender prices and concept proposals in two separate envelopes. Only those concept proposals that wind up getting shortlisted will be considered.
